"Valentina: I thought i may just give you some feedback on what and how i found the last session.. first off i would like to say Thank you, i do believe these sessions have been beneficial to me . What i experienced in our last session.. Upon laying down on the massage table I felt like it took me what seemed to be about 5 mins to feel totally relaxed and get my breathing into what i term " my relaxing yoga breath". After that I fell into a relaxed light meditative state, and had a feeling of warmth around me. I was drawn to the 3rd eye chakra area. I could sense just the occaisonal dull glimmer of a light, that then progressed to a dark blue, and then towards the end was like a more constant brighter white light... I likened this to the, opening of the blinds in the morning letting the sun shine in. I did feel like a small blockage in my throat that came up from my ariways and was expelled, this was only short but was noticeable to me....
